Any novice fanfic writers out there?

Hey guys! I've been wanting to write something Twilight related for ages... but am really not confident with my ability to write well... any tips on how to start a first ever fanfic (tips with ideas etc) and how to write one well?
Or better yet... any other complete novice fanfic authors fancy writing one together?
