do you think new moon will be better than twilight???
i for one was disappontied when i saw twilight..loved it but still disapponted..i think the director could have done a better job
with new moon around the corner ( 90 something days)..i think we should talk about expectations...do u think it would b better? why ? because of the new director? or because of the diffrent material in the book?

I think we will never be fully satisfied when it comes to the movie vs the book... BUT I do think that NEW MOON will be so much better! I mean for 1 thing they have more $$$ to fund the film and another they are already into their roles! I think the Director was great and what I've seen I've been pleased! The only part I was kinda of not sure about was the paper cut scene. I hope it comes out better in the movie than the preview.

I agree with all of you...nothing can top the books. However I did hear that they tried their best to mimic the book as much as possible in the movie. I think they are doing the same with Eclipse...at least I hope so.
I personally loved the Twilight movie...maybe it was because I watched it before I read the books, but I still think it is / was really good despite that they missed a few key moments from the book, but the small details are still there like the mushroom ravioli...things like that.
Anyway...the only thing I am afraid of with New Moon is there isn't going to be enough of Robert :-(

I also watched the movie before I read the books and I like some of the parts they added... love the part where he's reading the minds and is like money, money, sex, money... CAT! LMAO!
and I was watching an interview from the screen writer and found that they had to make up stuff for the bad guys since the book is in Bella's perspective she can't know what the bad guys are doing so they had to set it up. It worked. I Think!

I think New Moon will be better than Twilight but the books are always better because they can play out however you want in your own mind.

yea thats wut i ended up doing and i think my expectations were too high..so i was disappointed..but i think the new director will reach my expectations
