First of all I LOVE EDWARD!!!
I no a lot of you are gonna say "What kind of Team Edward girl is she?"
but my favourite line he says is....
"This is the last time you will ever see me." -New Moon
Don't ask me why that's my favourite...but it just is!
I also love the classics and especially...
"Hold on tight, spidermonkey."
"So maybe this is hell. I don't care. I'll take it"
"After all the thousand times I've told you I love you, how could you let one word break your faith in me."
"Now you REALLY shouldn't have said that."
"If you ever return her to me in less than the perfect condition i left her in..."

Dont know if you guys read the bit of Midnight Sun...but this I love...

I noticed the word "quote" is in the singular form - not plural, but I don't think I could pick just ONE...there are sooo many -and these are just a few - I feel inadequate just mentioning these cuz I don't want to leave any out...but, we can't rewrite the whole series, right?!

I LOVE that "Look after my heart..." quote too :)

And, there is also something about the way he says,
"I think I can wait."
"...I hope you enjoy disappointment."
"What if I'm not a Super Hero...What if I'm the bad guy?"
"But, if I had been able to take your place last night, it would not have made the top ten of best nights of my life. Dream about that."

But I melt a little each time I hear him say ...
"I don't have the strength, to stay away from you anymore."
"Don't be self-conscious...If I could dream at all, it would be about you. And I'm not ashamed of it."

My Two Favourites EVER Are:
