since she is a newborn through the book you should go with red because her eyes were read throughout BD. If you don't want to be scary though go with the topaz.

thanks for the advise. i'll make sure to post a pic of -hopefully- my awesome costume, if all goes well. i decided to do the whole " first hunting experience look". where she puts on a dress to go on a hunt with edward, but im not going to rip my dress or anything, im thinking i should just look a little messy w/ blood on my hands and face...

My first reaction was topaz because Bella will look beautiful with topaz eyes, but................it is halloween so you want to look scary so I say red!
