If Bella didn't name her child Renesmee, wat should she have named her?

Honestly I think Renesmee was the only name, I can't really imagine anything else...but if I had to choose, it would be something pretty like Melanie <33

I hate that damn name, I do. It just sounds so ghetto to me. I don't know. A lot of the young parents from around the way like to squish names together and what not. "This is Shakwaya and Lonishae." LOL.

But that's why I had my own kids to name. LOL.

all cute but................renesmee is TOO perfect to not be the right name!!!! the names gr8 and it stays!!!!

If it HAD to be different..I would pick Destinee ... fits her life.. she's the destiny of Edward and Bella.. and Jacob.. well everyone.. she affects everyone's life in such a positive way.. that's what I would have named her. :)

LOL, Victoria I agree with you. It reminds me of the cutesy names women made up for their babies in the 1980s.

For many years I contracted with hospitals to do QA on their medical records, and some of the names women chose for their children....One hospital in Mississippi was the worst, and worst of all of them was a woman who named her baby girl Klamidyah. That's right, it sounds just like "Chlamydia," the sexually-transmitted disease women get.

I love the simplicity of Bella's name, and I would wish that for her baby girl, as well. They might look up names that were popular when Edward was born and choose one of those, kind of as a way to link the baby girl to all of Edwards family before he was turned by Carlisle.
