Jacob's Note to Bella in the movie
While I think that showing all of Jacob's crossed out sentences in the book as a literary device was a great idea to show his conflicted feelings, did anyone else feel like it was kind of weird in the movie? Does Jacob really not have another piece of paper? My friend and I discussed it while watching the movie a couple of days ago and I wanted to know what everyone else thought. I feel like it was put in the movie to just be something special for the fans of the books.

I would imagine so. Its only those who read the book who would get the point of it as it wasnt on long enought to read the whole thing including the crossed out bits.
