Midnight Eclipse part 118

Hey ppl!!! So here's a part of Midnight Eclipse, I know, it's kinda short -.- but it's all I'm gonna post for now cuz I'm working on that concert part, then I'm working on the part of the dance:) I want it to be just right.. So enjoy for now!!!

Chapter 23: A Race, A Kiss, and A Flashback
I ran deep into the woods, following him to the clearing. He stepped it up a bit, and at the last moment I realized that he was doing a race.
"How about we make it interesting!!", he yelled, "The loser has to give the winner anything he or she wants!!!"

"You're so on, Greyback!!!!", I yelled back, and ran faster, trying to catch up to him, which I did because every two steps he made, I made three. We reached the river and jumped, but I landed first.
"HA!!!!", I yelled, and kept running towards the clearing. When I was so close to winning, Mason jumped into a tree and swung into the clearing first. So close.
"Ha!!! I win!!!!", he rubbed it in my face.
"Alright alright, good job.", I said, smiling at him and leaning against a tree.

"Not so fast, Cullen, the loser has to give the winner whatever HE wants."

"Fine, what do you want?! Just in case, I am not having sex with you."

"Hahahaha. That's not what I want."

"Then what?? A kiss?? In your dreams."

"Why not?! I won, and besides, I know very well that you want me to kiss you.", he said, and I gritted my teeth. He was right. He leaned in to kiss me, but backed away and started circling the tree I was still leaning against, "The question I'm wondering is, why don't you Push me to do it?!?"
"Because I don't need mindreading to know that you want to kiss me too.", I said, and he stopped in front of me, and smiled.

"You're right."

"See?! I don't need to Push you. Unlike other Pushers, I give my, 'victims' a chance.", I said, and he laughed.
"Oh shut up.", he said, and leaned in again, put his hands on my cheeks, and kissed me, the electric shock running through my body again overwhelming me.
