I walked out the room and saw that Casey and Boo-Boo were gone. But Taylor was still here.
"Where did Casey and Boo-Boo go," i asked.
"They went to go hunt down the vamp," Taylor said,"We're going to switch off with them in a couple minutes."
"Ok."
So i sat down next to Taylor and watched him flip through channels until Casey and Boo-Boo came through the door.
"We followed her to the border of Canada again," Casey said,"See if you can catch her."
"Alright let's go," Taylor said to me.
We ran, following the scent. We didn't phase though. Taylor thought that would waste some of our energy. We ran and ran until we saw her run by.
"Stay close behind," Taylor said.
He was ripping off his clothes while shaking violently and phased. He ran after the vampire while i stayed close behind in my human form. Then it looked like he vampire looked at me and then she stopped. Taylor was charging at her. I looked at her and gasped.
"Taylor! Wait," i yelled.
Taylor stopped and looked at me then at the vampire. I walked closer to where they were and stopped. The vampire smiled at me apolegetically and happy to see me. Her skin was sort of olive toned, her eyes crimson red, her black hair past her shoulders. She was amazingly beautiful, i'm surprised i recongnized her.
"Justine? Is that you," i asked.
"Yep. It's me Tiffany."
Her voice was like wind chimes. My head felt ike it was disconnected from my body. Justine was my best friend at school. We were basically like sisters. I told her i was a werewolf and she still accepted me. But then she had to leave. She wrote me a letter saying that she will be gone for a long time and that she was going to miss me. Now i know what happened.
"You're a...a..."
"A vampire," she finished.
I felt my hands shaking uncontrollably. I felt Taylor come up behind me in his human form, with clothed on, and hold me. Justine tried to come and comfort me but Taylor growled under his breath.
"Taylor it's ok. I know her," i said after i recovered.
I got out of Taylor's grip and moved closer to Justine.
"How did this happen," i said to Justine.
She sighed and started her story.
"I was walking back to my house, at night, and then i ended up in the woods. All of a sudden this burst of pain went through me and i remember screaming my head off. Once the pain stopped, i felt different. I opened my eyes and saw everything more clearly. Then there was these three people standing over top of me. Two boys and a girl. I got up off the ground and felt this thing building up in my chest. Then i growled at them which scared the crap out of me. The girl 'Let's kill just kill her. That's what we were supposed to do.'"
I felt my own growl build in my chest.
"Then one of the boy's said 'Wait it looks like she has potential to be one of us. Justin use your power. I want to see something.' Justin, i assume, looked at me while having a devilish smile on his face. Then i felt something like something, i don't know, bounced off of me. Justin then fell to the floor crumpling in pain. 'Cool. She reversed the power' the girl said. My face was frozen in shock and i didn't want to move. I finally ran off, at inhuman speed, and kept running til i was out of sight. I ended up here and i saw you. I thought maybe you could help me with this. And i feel like the other vampires are looking for me. I can feel it. Please help me.
I couldn't speak yet. I had to let this settle in my head.
"Tiffany. Can you please help me? I'm really scared right now."
"Yea. I'll help you no matter what. So will my friends."
Justine ran towards me and hugged me.
"Thank you Tiffany!"
"Justine. You're crushing me."
"Oh sorry," she said and she let me go.
Then her nose wrinkled like she smelled something bad. So did mine.
"You smell bad," we said at the same time.
Then we laughed. I'm upset at what she's become but i'm happy that she's here.
