I like them all so it's hard to chose my favorite, but I have to say that I like the New Moon Soundtrack best and the second would be Twilight and the third Eclipse one.

Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse. In that order. Let's hope breaking dawn gets it right. That said, i can't get the eclipse one off reply - it's beautiful, just not as beautiful and the others.

i love Eclipse the best but mostly thats down to the fact 3 of my favourite bands is on it :D
