Ok this is what I wanted to tell him. I would never love him. I couldn't bring myself to say that. Instead I hugged him like any other friend.
"Hey how was your vacation." he frowned.
"Miserable." was all he had to say. I nodded. I knew why but I wasn't going to push it further.
"How's the bride?" he asked.
"Okay, just getting a little tired. Dancing with vampires is hard work." he smiled.
"Can I have a dance?" he asked. I bit my bottom lip till it started bleeding. He laughed.
"I'm sorry I'm not the closest person to you." I giggled as he handed me a napkin.
"Thanks." I quickly whipped it off before any of the other vampires noticed it.
"I found this in your old house before the new people moved in. I noticed it was yours." he held in his hand an old envelope. I've never seen it in my life.
"This isn't mine." but sure enough it had my name and everything on it. I held it in my hand. It was some what heavy. It was from Rome. I was so eager to open it. I hugged Jacob and whispered "thank you." in his ear. He smiled.
"I won't steal you from your husband. Go on now." I gave him a slight nod and walked over to Edward.
"What's that in your hand?" he asked.
"Nothing." I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him. Everyone clapped and I giggled. Rosalie came out of the house with our luggage and put it in the limo.
"Time to go." he whispered. I said goodbye to everyone. Some of them crying including Ashely and Linda. I changed out of my wedding dress and put on a beautiful purple dress with a black leather belt at the waist.
I got into the limo and realized the envelope was still in my hands. I unbent the edges and realized the agrees was from the hospital in my home town in Rome. I opened it before Edward got in the car. I read the papers inside of the envelope. I have leukemia. I gasped and felt tears forming in my wyes. Edward sat down and I hid the papers.
