The Kitchen Scene
ok something has bugged me ever since i watched the movie...Whan Alice and Jasper jump off the branch in the kitchen Scene,they make a thump,and as you may remember in the book, vampires arent supposed to make noise when they walk,or jump.So if you agree please tell me.

They make a slight noise but not much...if you read in the last book when Bella jumps out of the window to go on her first hunting trip I believe she makes a slight noise when she hits the ground...if I remember right...could be wrong don't hold me to it...

ya but we have to remember their also suppost to be made of stone and indestrukedable.So their going to make a noise no matter what.Also in the movie Emmett jumps on bellas truckwhen their running from james and he also makes a noise.
but thats just my opinion:D

but was the thump loud? no it wasn't i didn't hear it. sometimes they do make sounds while they jump but it is very quiet.

yeah its funny i saw the movie before i read the books (stupid i know) and you didnt even think of things like that but after reading the series and watching it again there are so many things you pick up on like that. one that i noticed from the books was in the first book edward is showing bella pictures of carlisle from back in the day in carlisle's office but then in the second book bella questions if edward is going to show up in the pics she takes of him..stupid and picky but yeah

yeh but when edward is showing bella the pictures of carlise I think they are actually paintings. like im pretty sure they didnt have cameras back then.. right?
one thing they actually admitted in the commentary on the DVD was how it was so cold that the director was joking with them to try and not breathe because it was so cold that they had the visible breathing thing when they exhaled but I noticed they left it in some scenes and im pretty sure vampires wouldnt have warm breath! haha

Yeah I Guess Ur Right....But Maybe It Was Suppose To Be Like A Subconscious Thing You Know To Ease Bella In.....They Would Have To Keep Up The Show Most of The Time So Maybe They Thought A Simple Thing Like That Might Make Her Feel Better......Just A Guess.....That or They Forgot About It When Editing! :P

to tell you the truth i dont like Kathrine Hardwike-or however you spell her name-i think that someone else would have been better because maybe they would have thought it out better but idk that's just my own opinion
