rose doesnt like bella because shes human and could have a child and she cant and because edward fines her more attractive then her she doesnt like edward but shes jelious because rose is described as the prettiest person in the worrld and shes used to guys likeing her but edward thinks bellas more attrative so shes hating on all the things bella could do and have

Rose is jealous that Edward picked Bella rather than herself if you have read eclipse you will know what im talking about
And she is human and she can have child

Rose dislikes Bella for several reasons.
First, even though she has Emmett, Rosalie wants nothing more than to have babies and live a human life. Bella is human, and is willing to give up the one thing Rose wants most. She is jealous of Bella that Bella has the choice that Rose was never given - in her mortal life she craved the simple family life her friend had.
Second, Carlisle had intended for Rosalie to be a companion for Edward but he wasn't attracted to her. Even though she didn't want him either, she is very vain, and doesn't accept that Bella can compete with her own beauty (I personally loved the blonde jokes Jacob would taunt her with in BD).
Thirdly, Rosalie thinks Bella represents a threat to the Cullen family which she flatly states in Twilight. Bella is not bound to the same statutes of secrecy (their number one rule) that the vampires are. Bella could (but never would) expose them.
The fact that Bella is friends with Jacob also doesn't help.
Hope I haven't ruined any punchlines for you .... sounds like you haven't read all the books.
If I were Bella would I go with Edward?
It's never fully explained just why Bella loves Edward so much in the books (apart from his "magicall" effect on women in general ... I think it is love at first sight for Bella and almost as strong as the Werewolf imprinting. She knows the consequences of this love but cannot turn away and leave it even when she has Jacob's solid and almost-normal relationship as an alternative.
For the right man I think I would walk through fire and ice.....

WELL IM NOT SURE I WOULD GO WITH EDWARD. I MEAN I WOULD TOTALY BE FREAKED OUT. BUT NOW THAT IM THINKING ABOUT IT I WOULD BE ATTRACTED TO EDWARD JUST BECAUSE HES A MYSTERY

Rosalie is a very complicated character. It's not really that she didn't like Bella so much as she didn't like the idea of anyone throwing away what she would give up everything to have. Her first problem was that Edward seemed to find Bella attractive when he had never felt that way about her. As she put it in Eclipse, "I was vain enough that I minded." Second, she didn't like a human knowing their secret. She was scared that Bella would tell and they would have to make tracks. And finally she was jealous that Bella was human and had her whole life ahead of her. Something Rosalie would give up anything for, even Emmett. It made her angry that Bella didn't see her humanity as a gift and was so eager to throw it away.
I would totally go with Edward. Given the givens, I would have made the exact same choices as Bella.
