Which type of vampire would you like to see join the Cullens?
There is Carlisle, Esme, Edward, Bella, Jasper, Alice, Emmet and Rosalie in the Cullen Clan. If you were Stephanie Meyer and thinking up some new designs for a vampire to join the Cullens. Who would it be?
Boy or girl?
What year were they 'born' ?
Whats their personality, are they devious but beautiful like Rosalie? Are they shy and vunrable like Bella? Are they strong and fierce like Emmet? Are they petite and quirky like Alice?
Do they have any super natural powers like Alice's future seeing, Jasper's controlling of emotion, and Edward's mind reading?
What was their life like before?
Who were they changed by?
How did they get changed and why?
What do they look like?

LOL...I just realized that the Cullens, with their special powers, are kind of like the Spice Girls.
I'd like to see a Buddhist enter the Cullen family. It would be a young woman, who was reborn when Carlisle was traveling in Tibet and witnessed a peaceful Buddhist protest against the occupying Chinese forces turn violent when the Chinese opened fire. The young woman, a Buddhist nun, was mortally injured. Carlisle, taken by her bravery in facing gunfire opposed by her peaceful compassion and commitment to nonviolence, could not bear to watch her life end, so turned her.
Her superpower would turn out to be the ability to manipulate large groups of people to take certain actions or accept certain beliefs. Part of this power would be the ability to learn many different languages, to better communicate other cultures.
This is certainly a very dangerous power, and the focus would be: Could this newly-turned vampire wield the incredible power of being able to effect great change by her control of large groups of people do so in a compassiionate and ethical way?
Luckily, being a Tibetan Buddhist, she can eat meat, so being a vegetarian vampire might not be an issue for her.
Her change produced some physical beauty, but more importantly it created a more profound and discernible inner beauty due to her compassion for others. She would be naturally exotic looking, and it would not take too much to bring out her outer, physical beauty, too.
Post-change, she continues to have the bravery to face extreme danger, and she continues to have the calm peacefulness she had when she was a mortal. The big change would be having the power to effect the sweeping changes she believed were best for the world (including getting the Chinese the hell out of Tibet), and struggling with the question: "Do I have the right to make these changes?"

I would so totally make it like a 13 year old version of Alice!!
It would be a girl.
She would be called Emma.
She was 'born' on March 7th 2008.
She's petite, quirky and can be very hyper.
Her super natural power is being a 'medium' [seeing the exact future and past].
Her life was weird because everyone around her seemed to avoid her but she didn't know why.
Her best friend, who had been a vampire for nearly 200 years, changed her.
She was changed on purpose because she wanted to be a vampire [like Bella].
She has waist length black hair, 163cm tall, slim [not fat and not skinny] and very pretty but nowhere near as pretty as Rosalie.
