Who's Responcibility?
Earlier today, a guy that i am practically falling in love with said that he doesnt know if he would want to go out with me because we dont talk/socialize. I feel as though its not my fault and that HE'S keeping me out of his circle. So to help me deal with this better:
Who's responcibility is it between a guy and a girl to make the first move toward a new relationship? I feel as though i shouldnt be the first one but i never realize that maybe he's just as nervous as i am. Your opinoin only makes the sistuation easier to deal with :-D

yeah i was thinking that too but it seems so weird for a girl to ask a guy out.but whatever. all you can really do is hope for the best.lol
