If you read in breaking dawn, Esme packs them up and donates them, she says this just before she hands jacob some freshly laundered clothes to give to leah clearwater

seriously what do they do with all the clothes alice rarely lets them wear the same outfit twice

They infer in Breaking Dawn that they give them to the Salvation Army.

im pretty sure they just give them to goodwill it says it in the one of the books. they wear them once then give them away

Maybe she gives them away or sells them, or or, maybe she uses her fashion skills and makes alterations on them and re-uses them, u know like ripping some clothes and sewing them back on and make new clothes:) lots of ppl do that.
