Do you beilieve long distance relationships(particularly online) really work?
I believe in long distance relationships but they won't work unless both people put their whole hearts into it and are willing to be patient until the day they can be together.If you really love someone,you should be willing to wait as long as it takes. Of course,years is pushing it.But a couple of months isn't much. I think that if 2 people love eachother enough,they will make the most of what they are able to share with each while they are apart until they can actually be together.Intimacy is more than physical.And the longer you wait for that,the more special it is when it is finally possible

It's true Momo,someone could be unfaithful.But that also applies to close distance relationships.No matter how close or far you are from eachother,there is always the possibility of unfaithfulness.It's a question of commitment.Unless both people are committed to one another and REALLY love eachother,they don't stand a chance--whether they are 10 miles from eachother or 10,000.The point is if you truly love a person,the distance between you can only make your love for eachother stronger.So if you truly love eachother,it CAN work.It takes commitment and patience

Right,like I said to momo.It doesn't matter if you are 10 miles or 10,000 miles from eachother,it's a question of commitment.Unless both people are committed to eachother,they don't stand a chance.But if they REALLY love eachother,that distance between them can only make their love stronger.And when they finally ARE together,it will be 10 times more meaningful.Distance shouldnt be a problem to people who are REALLY in love.

I love long distance relationships because when they DO work,they have the potential to be even STRONGER than any close distance relationships.Distance actually helps in some cases.Like that old saying "Absence makes the heart grow fonder".When you are apart,it helps you appreciate when you DO see eachother even more.That's why I believe long distance relationships can work.Even though I was once in one that didn't.
