Well I love mostly b/c he still believes that one vampires still have a soul and to me I think he has the biggest heart . He has sacrificed so much to be a good vampire who treats people with so much love that you can't help but admire and love him even more. Yes his looks are part of it but for me it's his generosity towards everyone and even the werewolves. Carlisle is a great man and a great family man. His family is his number priority before anyone else. That' why I love carlisle for those reasons:)

carlisle is so awsome , i mean his behaviour the way he react in different situation , how he handle things , he created the cullen family so its awsome that he is respected and beloved by the others , and teh fact that he teached himself how to be a doctor an dhe manage to do it each time even tough he is a vampire very strong and impressive man

It's everything about him.
He has been alone so long, but he never attacked a human. The Volturi tried to bring him back to "natural" food, but he didn't. He has always had his philosophy.
Also his family is his number 1. He is protecting everyone of his family.
Also he could work as a practical Dr. human blood doesn't matter any more. That shows how strong he is!
I love him, because he is perfect.
Even he hates it to fight enemys, he is a really good man.

And finally: He was it who turned Edward, Esme, Rosalie and Emmet xD. Without him, no one from the others would be there. And he is really good-looking!
He is a great father, a real friend and a great husband! There should be more men like Carlisle!

I think Carlisle is really nice and loving, a good role model and father figure, and a very warm person. There's kindness in his eyes in the movie, and I really enjoyed how calm, diplomatic, and collected he was in the books. The New Moon part where he was stitching up Bella was really nice; he's such a good person, and treats her as a daughter.

I agree! I like how you said that! It's true, his looks are a bonus - his personality and character are so appealing.

Casrlisle rocks, he cares for everyone and is so understanding when edward needs bella and she comes into the family and he is so supportive. He is so handsome and b-e-a-u-tifullll... hell yes I would want him as my doctor, if he was my doc then I would be going their every day... hehehe...

Carlisle is attractive to me because he has power, knowledge and the moral strength to control them. This character as written is the most compassionate and moral person in the story- and that includes the humans. Plus he (and the actor who plays him) is absolutely beautiful.

Carlisle is very handsome but for me, it is how tender and caring he is. Also how protective he is of his family!

Its the way he loves his wife and family and has a heart (and eyes) of gold. I love how he puts himself in charge of keeping his family safe nd of course he is gorgeous but the love is worth more =)
