Comment by Mad Hatter on October 4, 2009 at 6:06am: New here, too. I have seen two of the series, but the 3rd was lost in transmission by my satcom. So far it has been interesting (hard for a Twilight freak to admit). I had seen Paul Wesley (Stefan) in another series (Fallen) and I like his acting. Elena is a fresh face (throat). I never read the books, but have seen it in the store. Is it a good read? If so, I may get it. I see that Smith has a number of other vamp books out as well. Maybe I can pull myself away from the Twilight books long enough to find a new pleasure. :-)

So far I like Edward better, although I dispise him for what he did to Bella in New Moon. LOL Unfortunately they don't have an Alice to make my heart go thumpity- thump. LOL

I'm from Aust and they have only aired 1 episode found it enticing. For me i would have to go with Edward he fills my head and heart......:-) Dee
