What do you think? It's my first time writing a story.

Rain pattered outside my window as I looked upon it it reminded me of my old days in Forks. It had been almost five years since i'd been to what I now call my home town. I had to say I missed it. Michigan was nothing compared to Forks. I laughed as I thought of this, when I got to Forks it was my own personal hell & now I missed it.
"Do I get to hear the joke?"
I didn't have to guess who that was I know that voice better than anything else in the world.
"It's nothing important"

"I'd still like to know"

"Just thinking about Forks"

"Ohhh, I honestly never understood the
aversion you had to Forks"

"I barely understand it myself anymore"

"We should visit soon I want dad to see renesmee"

"I don't think that's the best idea"

Ohhh, I didn't think about that at the time renesmee was still growing. She's only about six years old & she looks like a teenager. That would startle charlie of course I could go on my own.

"We'll I could always go alone"

I rarely ever brought up the subject of me going long distances alone because, we'll I never needed to. But he knew I would be safe enough for gods sake i'm a vampire.

Something I didn't expect happened.

Jacob! Renesmee is going to be so happy,over time their bond has gotten only stronger & stronger over time. But what was he doing here he was supposed to be taking care of his father back at la push & keeping an eye on charlie.


I jumped up from the bed & went to go get the door.

" I thought I smelled something bad" I said as I opened the door in a teasing voice. I heard edward laugh in the other room.

"Heyy,bells"

"Heyy jake,how's billy?"

Jacob's eyes got teary as soon as I said billys name, edward was next to me in less than a second.

"How did it happen?"

Was all edward said, automatically that was all I needed to hear.


"Jacob come in"
I whispered.

I hadn't noticed how edward & jacob had frozen at the doorway looking into each others eyes.


"I don't understand besides the obvious what's going on?"

"Bella,get carlisle on the phone we all need to talk & get someone to Forks imediently"

"What's happening"

"It was a vampire that killed billy."


At that moment renesmee came from her room upstairs

"Mom,dad did I just hear what I think I heard?,Jacob?, what's happening?"
