Amelia was born into poverty on the streets of New Orleans in 1912. She never experienced what one would call "a joyful" childhood. Forced to roam the streets by the age of 11, she was well versed, and very 'street smart' by the time she was turned. She does not know who turned her. It was a mistake on the vampire that bit hers part. Because she was left alone at the beginning of her transformation, she caused a lot of havok, and left behind a slew of human corpses,
Shes grown a lot in the past 80 years, and is now trying to find a place to fit in. Forks is her next stop.

Are you a fan of the movie? why or why not? How many times have you seen it?

Ive seen the movie 5 times in theaters, and now own it. I like to think of the books and the movies as seperate entities. I didn't like every character choice.. and I felt some of the acting was sub-par... but it felt like twilight. I got that feeling I get when I read te books, and thats why I enjoyed it. Not because was Fantastic by any means. but because it made me feel good wile I was watching it.
