MTV Movie Awards - Is it just me... or?

So I went to the MTV Movie awards website to vote (AGAIN) for Twilight.

What I saw made me think... This is what they have there:

They already know who the winners are so this left me with two options:

a) They already know Twilight will rock the house so they kind of give all an oportunity to be in the favourites list.
