Bella Action Figure for Hot Topic

We have seen the Edward Cullen action figure but now here's Bella. These dolls are sold at Hot Topic store for $16. I haven't heard great things about them. I heard paint was missing from them and the hair on Edward, in person, is all wrong. I am not sure when the Bella Swan action figure will be in stores but at least we have a photo of it.
