Movie theory: Is this part of the voting scene and then telling Jake at the end of New Moon? (possible movie spoilers)

Pictures that have surfaced from the New Moon Companion (that leaked early) that comes out October 6th. The photos I am going to show looks like (in my opinion) to be from 2 scenes near the end of New Moon.
