Werewolf Training for Muscle Gains - Gain 30 Pounds of Muscle Just Like Taylor Lautner / Jacob Black from Twilight: New Moon

I just had to let you guys know about this workout routine based on Taylor Lautner's muscle gains for New Moon. After many hours of research and preparation, this routine was put together to most accurately mimic what Taylor did to gain 30 pounds of muscle in a year.



Taylor basically worked out 5 days a week, lifted heavy but also varied his reps to avoid plateaus, changed up his planes of motion, and ate like a pig. You can do that too.
