2 Disc Collector Version & Blu-Ray Versions of New Moon will have Eclipse Footage
"exclusively: the first videos of Eclipse with an exclusive extract of the making of"
It stand to reason that the U.S. DVDs will have the same info on them but this is NOT set in stone by any means. So single disc which is being distributed to rental DVD companies will not have Eclipse footage but 2 Disc collector version & Blu-Ray will possibly have the footage. Blu-Ray will have a open distribution so you can get it almost anywhere this time. 2 Discs versions (though not collector edition) are already being pre-ordered at Amazon, Target, & Wal-Mart. But we have been told by Twilight DVD buyers that they did not seem to get them on the release date. Most fans are opting to buy in person the day of or looking forward to midnight parties.

Agreed, pauline ritchey, there are way too many versions pre-ordering around right now. I'm waiting cuz I pre-ordered TWI, like, as soon as it went online and only got the 2 discer. I'm holdin' out this time until early March to make my move.

I hope we don't have to wait until March 20 to get something new from Eclipse. I have high hopes that the trailer will premiere during the Super Bowl. It would be the perfect birthday present for me if it is shown on that day.

I haven't pre-ordered the DVD yet mainly for two reasons. 1. I want to get it at a midnight release party instead of waiting for it through the mail. 2. I still think news will come out of better versions. So far, I'm leaning toward the version offered by Target mainly because it's the only one that offers 3 discs with more bonus content and they also had the best version of Twilight.

Just a little rant here. What is it with Summit not giving us a teaser trailer yet for Eclipse? Once New Moon finished filming we got a teaser within a week. I even read David's tweet about the first directors cut being shown to execs at Summit so what is the hold up on the trailer? I hate this.

How come Hot Topic hasnt had anything yet ? Borders had the special edition with Twilight with the collecter cards thats what i want them to have for Newmoon!!!! I want to go to a midnight release party also .
