30 Days of Twilight: Day 30 - Favorite Twilight Experience/Memory

30 Days of Twilight: Day 30 - Favorite Twilight Experience/Memory

What will you always remember about your Twilight experience?

This is the last day of our 30 Days of Twilight celebration *sniffles*. We appreciate everyone who has taken the time to comment and share your favorites!!! *Hugs* You can read and still comment on all the 30 Days of Twilight posts here.

To close it out we are sharing our favorite Twilight experience or memory or as we like to call them TwiMemories. What will you always remember?

I have so many wonderful Twimemories! Some of my most fun and best memories involve attending the premieres and camping out! I went to Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn Part 1. Through attending the premieres I made some amazing friends! We will be friends forever. It was such a bonding experience. I also enjoyed meeting all the stars. I've especially enjoyed being a Twilight blogger and of course I will always remember the feeling of reading the books for the very first time and being sucked into this amazing world.

Here is a rundown of some of the things I will always remember:

When the first blog I blogged for, Cullen Boys Anonymous, got over 1000 hits in a day, Omg we thought we were huge LOL. Driving around Westwood, CA scouting out if any other fans were there for the 1st Twilight premiere and waiting for a line to start. We arrived Friday night and no one lined up until Sunday morning (the premiere was Monday night). My Forks Trip, I made a great FB friend who actually lives in Forks! Going to New Moon Comic Con, where I finally met Alison Genet in person! We became instant friends and planned a huge New Moon premiere party in Arizona. Helping with crowd games and activities at the Peter Facinelli autograph signing & photo op at the AZ State Fair. Camping  for 5 days for the New Moon premiere & finally getting Rob's autograph! Interviewing Stephenie Meyer during Eclipse promo! Attending the mega Eclipse convention in LA. Eclipse director David Slade's autograph signing in at Dark Delicacies in Burbank, CA. The Eclipse Premiere! Interviewing Jackson Rathbone on the Scream Awards red carpet. Jumping in the car and high tailing it to Breaking Dawn Part 1 at Comic Con when we heard a Hall H line. The Breaking Dawn Part 1 Premiere!

I also loved little things like winning the Twilight trivia contest at the Walmart Eclipse DVD release party, the Bree Tanner book release party at midnight with Alison and about 25 other die hard fans lol, the New Moon DVD release party with Elizabeth Reaser and getting my NM DVD signed by her.

I have too many memories to list everything. Twilight was such an incredible experience for me!

Love to you all and thanks for playing along! Now share your favorite TwiMemories in the comments!

Louise, I to lost the love of my life way to soon. It was back in 1993, and a 6 year battle to stay alive. So, my dear, I do know just how you felt. I had no, Twilight, for support, just my family. It came so many years after, Scott, passed, and being the big strong man he was, he most likely would not have cared for it. The pain does go away at some point, so keep on, keeping on, my dear lady. Of course you will never forget him, and the love you shared. That will last a lifetime.

Unfortunately, I haven't had all these great experiences like most of you.........meeting cast members, going to premieres, etc., but I love this fandom none the less.  My favorite memories will be seeing each movie for the first time in the theater and anticipating the release of the next one.  It's so sad that it's over, but it helps to know that there are so many of us out there who share the same feelings.

Thank you so much for hosting the 30 days this month.  It's been so much fun and I love hearing everyone else's views and experiences.

XOXO

Thanks so much for doing the *30 days of Twilight* It was so much fun looking back this month at all the great memories we have because of this Amazing Saga/series! :) My favorite Memory / Experience is when I went to the *Twilight Marathon* last year. I would always go to the Midnight Showing, but this was my 1st Twilight Marathon! and I loved every minute of it! I have never been to any of the *Twilight Saga* events so this was the closest to a big event that I ever got. I did dress in my *Twilight Marathon* T-shirt, wear all my *Twilight Saga* Jewelry and My nails were done with *Twilight Saga* picture decals! :) I also remember my husband taking me to get my *Breaking Dawn Pt.1* DVD at the *Midnight Release* and waited with me for about 5 hours at *Target* to see a scene from *Breaking Dawn Pt.2*! :) I really miss looking forward to all the events that came with each *Twilight Saga* movie! :'( I know I will always have all the books & movies to read and watch anytime I want ,but I think the this Blog and all the people *Here* will always keep *The Twilight Saga* alive in our hearts! Thank you to everyone here for everything you do! :) I love this Amazing site. where we can all come as fans and share our thoughts, pictures and songs! <3TWILIGHT FOREVER<3! :)

I have so many memories but my favourite ones happened in the cinema when i was seeing the movie for the first time even though i would go see it a view times in the movies with different groups of friends e.g. Day 1: Belinda Day 2: My school friends Day 3: Cameron and Emily (Cousins). But i remember this one time i went to he movies with Belinda. She's a twi-mum and a family friend. We got hooked on twilight at the same time. I used to call her my twi-mum. When we went and watched New Moon when it first came out in cinema I had already read the leaked script so i knew what was going to happen and what the characters were going to say that i would whisper under my breath the line as they would say them just like Edward does in the book when Bella watches Romeo and Juliet. It drove Belinda mad but we just laugh about it now. I remember thinking as I'm there reciting lines was that I was actually watching the new movie come out. I do that during the beginning of every movie. I will sit and look around me trying to remember the moment and how I felt actually seeing the movie for the first time. I do that now with other movies like Catching Fire. Another moment is during Breaking Dawn Part 1. My friend Maria and I joked at school and the breaking bed scene during the honeymoon and just before the movie started i was texting her about the experience. The comfy seats, the light dimming for the commercials. When I finally got out of the cinema there was a thousand texts from her but on that really stuck out was one that said "Did the bed break yet?" I apologised I didn't text back saying I was so engrossed in the movie but truth was my aunt took my phone so we could enjoy the movie properly without any distractions. When I went to see Part 2 with my aunt (who i watched part 1 into- I got her into Twilight) I gave her my phone willingly wanting to enjoy the moment i watched the last movie. A few more moments would be when I watched eclipse with a girl from my high school Jessica. We were friends sort of and we sat next to each other. I remember when Edward proposed she squeezed my hand so tight and was in tears and shrieking. i thought my hand was gonna break and when bella said yes she hugged me even though she had read the books and knew what was going to happen. It was a moment of pure innocence and happiness. My last favourite memory was the second time i watched new moon. i went with my group of high school friends. I saw a few other people we knew from high school who we were sort of friends with because we shared alot of classes. When Edward was leaving Bella in the woods. When he said "This is the last time you'll ever see me." Alexa screamed "FINALLY!" i knew it was her because she told me she was going to do this but i didn't believe her. I was in the back row and she was someone down the front and everyone was screaming for her to shut up and i said "Shut up Alexa!" I directed the comment to her using her name. i felt so proud that i knew it was her who had screamed. it was so funny. I didnt ruin the moment since id already seen it. I have alot of good memories to do with the Twilight Saga and I'm glad I can relive them here again :)

The past 30 days have been awesome, reading everyone's thoughts and memories. Connecting with an old friend, Allison. She kept me informed throughout the saga, as to what she and, Robert, were up to, and how her day was going, at, Lionsgate, studio. Allison also told ,me where to get the videos, best buy and videos of the movies. That's why I have so many copies of each movie. I do hope, the video stores will keep his, Saga, in stock for a long time, so If I need to replace one or more, I can.
