All you need to know about Eclipse

'New Moon' has taken nearly £200 million at the worldwide box office, shooting down any suggestion that Twilight's success was a fluke. And fans of the series won't have to wait long for the third outing.
Summit Entertainment cannily began filming 'Eclipse' straight after work on 'New Moon' finished, meaning the third film will be released in just seven months time.
Excited? Here's why we think you should be:
It's everyone's favourite
Eclipse is a favourite not only to fans of the series but to its cast members too. "Eclipse is my favourite book, so I'm actually really excited for people to see that one," said Cullen patriarch Peter Facinelli.
New Moon is the film that ramps up the war between vampire and werewolves and the Edward, Jacob and Bella love triangle. Launter said the film will be "darker", while Stewart teased – "I'm looking forward to seeing the love triangle actually becoming a problem. We sort of innocently touch on it in 'New Moon' but it actually becomes something that is very, very real."
The Cullens as you've never seen before
Expect to see more of an action side to the Cullen family members in 'Eclipse'. "We went through six weeks of fight training", said Kellan Lutz, who plays Emmet – while Facinelli teased, "The Cullens get to roll up their sleeves and really get into the mix of things."
There will also be plenty of flashbacks – showing how they turned into vampires.
All change please
While news of Bryce Dallas Howard replacing Rachelle Lefevre was met with an angry reaction from fans, there will be a host of other brand new faces for fans to enjoy. They include Xavier Samuel as Riley - a pawn that Victoria uses to exact revenge on Bella. Kirsten Proust as Lucy – a vital character to Rathbone's Civil War back-story, while the brilliantly named Boo Boo Stewart will play Seth Clearwater.
The series' best director
No offense to Catherine Hardwicke and Chris Weitz, but the hiring of David Slade is something of a coup for the series. Slade impressed with his violent pedophile revenge tale 'Hard Candy' and scary vampire tale '30 Days of Night', and his skill at precision-timed-horror-thrills make him a bold choice for 'Eclipse'.

How Peter Facinelli Solves His Christmas Dilemma
By Isley Kasica

Although Peter Facinelli admits that he and wife Jennie Garth disagree every year when it comes to picking the perfect Christmas tree, the couple have landed upon a wise solution to their woes: They put up two trees.
"My wife wants to do the fake tree because it's easy but I am so anti fake trees," Facinelli told PEOPLE at the New York premiere of the Robert DeNiro-Drew Barrymore movie Everybody's Fine. "In one room we do a nice fake tree, and in the other room I get to have my tree with all the pine needles falling all over the place."
The Twilight hunk, 36, says that the reason he loves getting a real tree is because it allows him to spend time with his three daughters with Garth, 37: Luca, 12, Lola, 7, and Fiona, 3.
"What's fun is that I get to go and pick out the tree with the kids, and then it becomes an experience," he said. "Sometimes I'll hide behind the tree. I used to pretend I was the talking tree. The kids loved it. I would be like, 'Hey, pick me – I am the best Christmas tree!' "
Even though he picks out the tree, Facinelli says that Christmas would not happen without the help of his wife, perhaps best known for playing Kelly Taylor on the Beverly Hills, 90210- franchise.
