We never quite get over

The loss of someone dear

Even though they've left this world

Their presence lingers here

But it helps to recall the good times

And the happiness we shared

And to know they have found the joy and peace

That,in this life, can't be compared

True,it takes some time

To mend our aching wounds

But we must have faith that one day

We'll be reunited soon

Death is not an ending

But the release of mortal pain

And the only ones who feel the hurt

Are the ones who still remain

Now that she's been brought back home

All of Heaven sings

And the gift that God had blessed us with

Is wrapped in angels wings
