Are YOU Going to a Twilight Convention??
Last weekend I found out that there was a Twilight Convention (hosted by Creation Entertainment) coming in July in Atlanta, GA. I about lost my mind, I was so excited at first, could not believe the stars of the movie would be THIS close to home! (I live in eastern NC) so I began my quest to go! At the last minute I realized that I would not be able to go to the Vampire Ball as tickets to that event were long sold out! :( Sad and seriously upset that I was not going to be able to take my 12 year old daughter to meet the "love of her life" (Kellan Lutz) I started a NEW mission... Where else was he going to be and how much was it going to cost me to get her there???
WELL... PHOENIX HERE WE COME. I bought our Gold weekend passes this morning! Total cost of my trip in August (INCLUDING photo op tickets, celebrity breakfast tickets, friday concert tickets etc and plane fare, hotel costs) is just under $2500. Once this is all said and done Im going to create a mastercard commercial out of it, cuz my 12 year old is going to meet Kellan Lutz just 7 days after her 13th birthday! I am THE COOLEST MOM EVER (Okay, so really, this IS ALL ABOUT ME, but she THINKS its about her! LOL)
I am dressing as Victoria for the Vampire Ball, need to work on my costume. Rachelle told a fan of hers who was to dress like her for a party that she should have trinkets and clothes that she has taken from her victims. I plan on having a charm bracelet with an open spot on it for a pretty little wolf trinket (that I would aquire after killing Bella... seeing as they kill Victoria AFTER Bella's graduation party!)
SO my question to you is... Are you going to a Twilight Convention? If so, WHO are you going to be at the ball? My next question, HAVE YOU ALREADY BEEN? and if so, HOW DO I WIN the costume contest? What are the judges looking for?
NEXT... Autographs, I know they are included in the package, but what did you have autographed? I am considering taking my Twilight Series Books and having them signed with cool pens that write on black paper so their autographs are forever indelved in my book (Taking pix as well to be signed as back up autographs!!!)

Lets see. I went to the Twilight Convention in Chicago back in February. I didn't dress up. The parties I went to weren't fun, but these sound better. My package let me get two things signed by Peter, Ashley, and one by Justin. I had Peter sign a picture of Carlisle at the baseball scene, Ashley a picture of all the Cullens, and then Justin plus Peter and Ashley signed my Collecter's edition of Twilight (buy it, its' great to have autographed)
I plan on going to the Chicago one in October. so yeah. (:

I was gonna go to the one in Phoenix..but it would've cost a ton..and we couldnt afford it. So indead, we're going to the one in New Jersey at the end of Aug!!! I'm very excited!! I bought the gold package right before they sold out. I also bought my photo op tickets with Jackson, Ashely & Kellan. I not going as anyone at the vampire ball. I'm just going to wear a pretty dress. I'm hella excted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
