Insiders say that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are so fired up about their love scenes that they are pushing for “tasteful but extremely sexually charged nudity” in Breaking Dawn! According to OK! magazine, producers may have to censor some of the stars’ suggestions. The action may get so hot that the the fourth installment of the Twilight series may no longer get a PG-13 rating. “They’re demanding that their big sex
scenes will really push the envelope,” a source tells the magazine.

I don't think this article is true. OK! magazine is always exaggerating and making things up. I'm sure it will be a bit more than was described in the book, but it won't be rated R.
