Mr. Condon sent a letter to Twiligh Fans inviting comments. I repost the following comment:

Mr. Condon, I am sure that Melissa Rosenberg tried her best. However, it is not some much the major events that take place as it is the emotional side of the events. It is the emotions that hooked us, and it is the untold feelings of each event that made them special. You have the wedding, honeymoon, pregnancy, delivery, the werewolf threat, and separation of packs, the gathering of nomads, the escape plan for Renesmee, the faceoff, and during all of these major events, the emotional twists and turns that had our hearts beating, tears streaming, anger building, and hearts longing. Please remember and try to incorporate the intensity of the relationships, and you will have succeeded where others have failed.
