Breaking Dawn filming expected in Baton Rouge till spring 2011? ~ Madri Gras Breaking Dawn ;o)
The Daily Reveille – Louisiana State University’s student newspaper – released an article today looking at the effects “Breaking Dawn” filming could have on the Baton Rouge economy and giving some insight on why Summit may have chosen the city for filming. Of special interest are a few tidbits about the film’s production from the executive director of the Baton Rouge Film Commission.
Summit is still deliberating what will specifically be filmed in Baton Rouge, Mitchell-Smith said, but the production will begin sometime this fall.
Mitchell-Smith said she couldn’t confirm specific dates, but she expects the project will remain in the city until spring 2011.

My guesses are wedding, back yard reception, honeymoon, back stories on the clans, alice and jasper looking for others in the jungle like 'Nesse.

I don't like the idea of them filming there...it looks nothing like forks..(the other movies) it will look like a totally different place...maybe if they do the sets there...or isle esme it will be ok...but idk

I am from Baton Rouge. Alot of BD takes place indoors. There is no way they can make BR look like the Pacific NW or Isle Esme. They are also filming in the Couve. My guess is indoor scenes in BR. I hope they do outdoor Isle Esme on location on some island. Mardi Gras is March 8. the Krewe of Bachus invites a celebrity to be king each year & ride in the parade. Maybe Rob will be king. Lots of good music & food here. Laissez les bon temps roule!

i bet they will be filming some of the parts where they r talkin about some of the joining vampires.. that is most likely.. so it needs to look totally different from forks.
