First of all, this is something manufactured for the movie, as it is not in the book. So we have to go on what they have told us in the movies so far. Edward said Aro wanted him and Alice. They don't know about Renesmee yet, but Aro also said that Bella will make for an intriguing immortal. So it has to be one of the 3 of them.
