Cam Gigandet in New Movie Pandorum
Hey Twifans,
Cali Twilighter here with some hot off the presses news. I was at WonderCon (WonderCon is ComicCon's sister convention here in the Bay Area) and I got to see an exclusive clip of Cam Gigandet's new movie called Pandorum. It looks awesome. Pandorum also stars Dennis Quaid and Ben Foster.
The basis from the trailer and actor/director panel was that Bower (Ben Foster) wakes up in a pod-like enclosure with no memory and is met by Payton (Dennis Quaid) they are on this spaceship the size of a city and are just trying to survive. Although Cam was not on the panel I knew I saw him in the trailer.
According to Variety, "Pandorum... centers on two crewmen who awaken aboard their spacecraft unaware of their mission or identities and then make a discovery that threatens the survival of mankind."
No one has seen any part of the film so it was pretty cool to be one of the first.

Sounds like a movie I'll want to see! Love the futuristic doomsday heroes kind of plots.
Also, gotta love Dennis Quaid =)

It really was a fast pace trailer and the actors in the panel tried not to give anything away, but it seems like Variety is on the right track. There are other human characters that are trying to survive with them and there were some non-human looking things as well.
