Chaske Spencer ("Sam Uley" of the Twilight Saga) did a wonderful interview with RaceBending.com in which he discusses - in depth - his involvement with the film industry and activist causes like Be The Shift.
One of the subjects broached in the discussion wasThe Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.
"I’m gearing up to do Breaking Dawn in November. I think we’re shooting through March," he explained. "It’s training for Breaking Dawn. In fact I just started going back to the gym. I’m going to the gym tomorrow and I know I’m going to be so sore tomorrow!"
Chaske further discussed his new production company, an upcoming film he's working on entitled Winter In The Blood, and much, much more, so be sure to check it out here.
Spencer's statement about Breaking Dawn filming from November to March doesn't exactly go with what Alex Meraz ("Paul") indicated in a previous interview. Meraz had explained that his portion of filming for Breaking Dawn would take place in Vancouver only. Since it's been pretty readily understood that filming will take place in Baton Rouge first (and, well, it's already November), it seems there is a bit of confusion. I take it that Sam won't be in the the "Cullen's" house, considering that is what is being built in NOLA.
In my opinion, I think they are keeping some of the filming hush-hush to avoid massive amounts of fans like us storming the set and kidnapping our favorite stars. Why couldn't we borrow a few of them for just a few days?
There is so much of this article/blog, I am including the link from from Racebending.com. Please read it. It is great and it is an awesome Q & A! Happy reading!
