Congrats Kristen! (Kristen's acceptance speech)

Kristen just won the Orange Rising Star Award. Kristen's acceptance speech:

What a shock. "Wow. Thank you. I guess first I have to thank all the fans of Twilight for proving again and again to be THE most devoted and attentive fans ever. Considering this is voted, credit is due to them so thank you. To the other actors nominated, I am so blown away by you that I can't even describe it. To be voted among you is just overwhelming. And I'd like to say hi to my family."

That's rather a sweet speech, and one that shows awareness of the public vote; fair play.

I heard an interview prior to this in SunDance. She was honored to be nominated but felt that one of the other nominee should win. I wonder how you would do on British TV, in front of your peers and millions of viewers. She did great! She's a film actress not used to being on stage. It's quite different. Everybody thinks that Rob did great and I wasn't impressed with him. I guess to each his own.

You don't have to like her but you don't have to constantly be so insulting. Why are you so malicious and vindictive? She wasn't nominated for the Twilight Saga alone but for her body of work. She has worked with many directors and actors all of who are complimentary. This award has nothing to do with Robert Pattinson. This is her honor, her award. Your comments are not constructive. As far as the Twilight Fans go, they have a right to vote also, she was correct to thank them. It's not true that she did not deserve it and you know it.

All interviews with her co stars and directors state thats she is a jem and a privilage to work with. You dont have to belittle or demean someone just becuase you dont agree with them, that is childish and immature. You dont have to like it, but you dont really have a say...so why waste your time commenting on someone who you clamin has no talent?? are you truely a twifan or just a kristen basher??
