Eclipse Open Casting Call
Some exciting news!! Eclipse is beginning casting for Leah and Seth Clearwater
casting for the roles of:
Seth Clearwater : (Male - Age 15) is a Quileute Indian and the youngest member of the La Push wolf Pack.
Leah Clearwater : (Female - Age 19) is a Quileute Indian and the only female member of the La Push wolf Pack.

Auditions are due by June 30, 2009. The site actually has role descriptions and also the audition scene, which i plan on checking out, and comparing to the Script that was leaked, not that i have anything of those sorts... at all

The Twilight series needs to clean up their act on casting. Lautner for example has the tiniest drop of Native blood if he has any at all. The Casting director did better on New Moon, but there is still a long way to go. Rosario Dawson is too old to play an 18 year old, and Vanessa Hugden is too cute and more Latina than Native. Why not cast someone compellingly authentic and new like Qorianka Kilcher in the role of Leah? There are plenty of talented Native and First Nation actors out there who should be playing the Quileute Natives. A role as important as the only female member of the La Push wolf Pack should got to someone like Q'orianka!!!!!
