Edward Cullen
My opinions of Edward Anthony Cullen may be cacophonous but are true. I have nothing against the members of Team Edward.I just want to point out some of Edwards actions i considered inadmissible.1)We’ll point out the obvious first – Edward Cullen is a vampire. he is first attracted to Bella’s blood. Not her looks, or her personality, or her mind – but her blood. It’s bloodlust, folks, in the truest sense of the word. And, let’s be honest: no girl should be okay with her boyfriend wanting to kill and eat her. 2) If you remember in eclipse when Bella went to her antediluvian truck because she wanted to see Jacob but Edward had disabled the truck.When she said she was going to see Jacob,Edward straight up said no.3) In twilight Edward watched Bella sleep without her cognition.That would require him breaking into her home.4) he uses sex to emotionally blackmail Bella into marrying him. In the third book, Eclipse, Bella is hesitant to marry Edward since she is only 18, but informs Edward that she would like to have sex with him before he turns her into a vampire. (Yes, she’s cool with committing herself to an entire afterlife as a member of the undead, but is twitchy about marriage. It makes no sense. Just go with me.) Edward responds that he will have sex with Bella before she is turned – but only if they are married. Regardless of where one stands on the issue of teen sex, can we agree that using sex as a tool of manipulation is not a good sign? 5) He’s really controlling. He pays his sister to kidnap Bella to keep her “safe.” And slashes her tires so she can’t go somewhere. Basically, he is constantly doing manipulative things under the guide of “protecting” Bella. Like, abandoning her for her own good in New Moon or telling her other suitor, Jacob, to have non-vampire spawn with her in Breaking Dawn. What about what BELLA wants? Granted she’s an idiot who can barely cross the street on her own, but Edward never gives her a say in her own life. 6) His temper is out of control. He basically wants to kill anything that gets in the way of his relationship with Bella, including Jacob, her werewolf friend. We've seen what he can do when prompted: split boulders, rip trees up by the roots and single-handedly track down and destroy other vampires. I certainly wouldn't want to catch him on a bad day.7)Edward is not your average, coffin-dwelling Stoker variety of vampire, nor the murderous, blood-sucking kind that most other authors choose to write about. No, Edward Cullen is a “vegetarian,” live-among-humans, sparkle-in-the-sunlight-instead-of-exploding kind of vampire. In other words, he’s a p**** vampire. He is not cool, not desirable; he just happens to be really, really pale.Which makes sense, since he’s undead, but since when are dark circles and pasty features (and, in Robert Pattinson’s case, disheveled, dirty-looking hair) a turn on?
It’s probably a poor decision to get involved with any sort of vampire if you’re not also of the vampire breed. But to get all swoony over a wimpy, angsty vampire who only wants you for the stuff coursing through your veins? No. Please refrain.8)Edward calls his controlling nature being “protective” of Bella. We understand that she’s clumsy and dumb, Edward, but that doesn’t give you the right to completely take over her life in the name of safety. Once she begins dating Edward, Bella starts lying to her parents and blowing off her friends. She and Edward become attached at the hip – totally dependent on one another. At one point, after Bella tells Edward that she loves him, he responds with, “You are my life now.” 9)HE LEAVES HER. He claims, again, that it’s to protect her from his family and their way of life. But, clearly, the girl is way into him. He had to have had at least some inkling of how broken-hearted she’d be. And how overdramatic. Come on, Edward, you’ve been posing as a high school student for the past century. You should understand by now how angsty and irrational teenage girls can be! I hope the young girls idolizing Edward are not dooming themselves to lives of dealing with dysfunctional men.

Edward Get's over his thrust for Bella's blood after New Moon, the thought of losing her stopped him. And yes I agree he's a little overprotective at time, but would you rather him just not care at all.He dose not want to lose Bella. Edward only left Bella to protect her, and yes it was a mistake, but no one is perfect, but he came and that's that matters. Edward is a way better person then all the things that you just said.And I would not mind if he watch over me while I slept, I find that really sweet, and not creepy. And he gets over is overprotectiveness in Eclipse he let's Bella see Jacob.And Bella is the one pushing the sex on him. Since it's what she want's he'll give it to her, but he want's to be married to her first, and not many guys now a days would do that, it's really sweet. Edward never forces Bella to do anything she dose not want to do like kissing him, unlike stupid Jacob. And even though he hates Jacob, he knows that hurting Jacob would hurt Bella so he never would, even though he might want to.And he's a vegetarian because he dose not want to hurt people, that's not being week that's being a caring compassionate soul, just like all Cullen's are.Edward is a good person, and dose things for the right reason's. He may make mistakes but he takes responsibility for his mistakes. I Love Edward, and I always will so I don't care wait anyone says Edward is a good, kind, Loving person through, and through.And I don't believe any of that up there. TEAM EDWARD FOREVER!!! I LOVE EDWARD!!!!!!!!

OMG I DONT BELIVE I HAVE SPENT 10 MINUTES OF MY LIFE READDING THAT!!!!! WASTE OF TIME NONE OF THAT IS TRUE!!!!!! AND FYI: the only reason he left her was to keep her safe!! If you read the books or watched the movie you would see that it was the HEARDEST THING HE DID IN 109 YEARS!!!! AND ANOTHER FWI!!: He dosnt come between EVERYONE that gets in the way in of him and bella and wouldnt destroy Jake because he knew that it would make Bella unhappy!!!!!! HE WOULDNT NEVER HURT OR DO ANYTHING TO HURT BELLA!!!!!!

You should read Edward's pov Midnight sun, in that story you really get to know, and understand Edward.He really is a really good decent person.

I've read the books 15 times, and saw Eclipse 10 times, and I've read Midnight sun online 12 times, I think I know what I'm talking about, I understand Edward way better then you do. And that's all just your opinion, I don't see Edward in that way at all. Him and all the rest of the Cullen's are the best characters in the whole saga, because they are all good compassionate people. I don't see them as Vampires, I see them at dark Angels, Edward most of all. Edward is an angel not a Vampire. Team Edward Forever!!!!!!!!!!
