Ashley is a gorgeous woman, but I don't think she's "dark" enough for Lara...  Mila Kunis on the other hand... she'll gonna be perfect!

Or gemma arterton. she's got a bunch of action flicks under her belt like prince of persia and clash of the titans. and she was a bond girl too.
