KStew Defenders are located in Brazil. They have been keeping us up to date Isle Esme news. Now they share their story of the location, filming, and their journey for Twilight fans.

Before I begin to tell you about my days at 'Isle Esme' and all the things I discovered, I must tell you how I got here. A month ago I was in Paraty with my friend Stefani and we discovered many important things. Before they had even confirmed the recording of Dawn in Brazil, we already
knew the dates, locations which would be used for filming and lodges
which would be used. Excuse me for not having shared this with you before but I really could not say ANYTHING about it.

I arrived early on Wednesday (10/11) in Paraty. I was alone and trying to be brave. I left my backpack at the hostel and went to Paraty-Mirim is where you
can charter boats to the bag Mamanguá, where the recordings are
happening.

The road to Paraty-Mirim is horrible. The road is very narrow, ambiguous and one foot deep. (Hint: Do not go alone there, even if you have a lot of courage!).

After a journey of about 40 minutes from the beach to the island, I saw MANY boats concentrated in one place. Boats of all types, all with an orange flag (which is a sign that you will have to get away from that area by the house). Once a boat tries to get closer, the boats with security approach and try their hardest to make your boat move away. If you try to get a little closer, the Navy is requested and may seize the boat. The safety on the island's too strong, both by sea, as the land trail.

Once I got as close as I could to the house, I could see they were recording in the the room facing the sea. There was a lot of lighting and I could see colorful cushions. At one time, many people showed up in the sand in front of the house.

In addition to these recordings in the house, overnight recordings in water were supposed to happen (Bella and Edward in the water the first night of their honeymoon, blah blah). One resident told me that the recordings would be from 8 pm to 1 pm. (Tip 2: Residents are the best sources - all of them know something and don't keep the information secret.) That day it rained a lot in Paraty, which made me think that this recording would be postponed. But according to sources, the recording took place even in the rain.

AAH, I need to tell this: This so resident asked how they would save the day, and the film was of vampires and werewolves. "Vampire can not get out in the sun, girl!" HAHAHAHA That was the funniest part of my day, okay?!

Ok, back to ...

Stayed about two hours in front of the house. Did not get to see anything very different, despite the weather.

The big question everyone was "Are Kristen and Robert staying at home or in the Inn of the recordings?". This was one of the things I discovered.

It has a mansion (an entrepreneur I forgot the name) near the house used for the recordings - and they are all production there. (Photo and video below.).

After that, I went back to Paraty and found (and confirmed!) A few more things ...

We have hosted the production at the Pousada do Sandi (for those who do not know Sandi also owns the Paris Films - distributor of the Twilight Saga in Brazil.) Stephenie Meyer is staying at the Pousada do Ouro, but going visit at the Pousada do Sandi. On Thursday (11/11) Robert and Kristen were somewhere on the Costa Verde (possibly Angra dos Reis) by helicopter and returned the same day before 3 pm. They will have to rewrite some scenes - for example, the scene they recorded the night.

I can not confirm the exact day they leave, but may be on the weekend.

There are still some things I learned and saw, but this is all I can publish here on the site. (Please understand me!).

Know that it was wonderful to be near the 'Isle Esme'. It was magic.
See part of history that millions of people around the world will see come to life was very exciting! I wish everyone had the chance to be there:)
