@irum pattinson cullen -- Jacob is standing beside her because he'd been performing CPR on her (at Edward's request), remember? And now that Renesmee is born, Jacob is losing his mind with sorrow over realizing his efforts won't save Bella. :'''(

That is almost exactly like how i pictured it in my head when i read the book. It's probably called "birth of Bella" cuz after Renesemma arrives she's on the brink of dying and Edward saves her and she becomes a Vampire!
