Gnap! Theater Projects presents “Dusk: Improvised Tween Erotica”

Just In Time for Halloween--Opening October 22nd

Forever Is For Serious

As Halloween draws near, the nights grow longer and mere mortals flee the shadowy places where werewolves and vampires are once again on the prowl. Blood will be spilled, chests will sparkle, but virginity will be preserved at all cost when Dusk: Improvised Tween Erotica returns to the stage for its second season.

After a sold-out first run at the Salvage Vanguard Theater in Austin, the show was extended to include a multi-state tour, bringing the tales of deeply-conflicted, adolescent sexuality to Chicago and New York. Having received a nomination for the B. Iden Payne Award and placing 5th in the Austin Chronicle’s Top 9 Creative Arts Listing, the cast is now preparing to take the rich, guilty pleasure of everyone’s favorite vampire saga to the next level.

The completely improvised PG-13 performance will explore the challenges our protagonists face in a world full of threats to their undying love. We invite you to share an evening with our heros and the colorful characters, shaped by the audience’s imagination, who cross their path.

Did we mention sparkles?

Conceived and directed by Shana Merlin.

The rotating cast includes:

WTF ?? It just looks like an exact copy of Twilight.. but with different actors.
I didn't see any improvising in the script.. or anything much different from the original twilight (apart from aforementioned diff actors). I'm confused.
