I don't get it O.o...how do you it's that scene talking about nessie??...or maybe I can't remeber exactley about this passage anymore! :D

Yes Jacob is at the Cullen house, but he is warning them about Sam coming for Bella when they first learn she is pregnant with a demon child.  He says, "You're the enemy now. Sam won't hesitate."  I think this is totally fitting with the book.

yes, i think jacob's talking about renesmee since she's born already judging by daddy edward's bloody shirt. what i'm wondering though is if this scene comes before or after edward punches him...

I just watched the trailer again (tough job). This is outside the house and the one I quoted is inside. And this is the same plaid shirt Jacob has on in the birth scene. So I agree now... He must be talking about Nessie.
