HQ Pic : Creation of puppet's Bella version
Black Moon has released a picture in the guide of the first part of Breaking Dawn! This is a photo showing the scenes of the creation of the puppet's face silicone Bella. And yes, more special effects and prosthetics, silicone version of Bella was made.

yes it is ... when she is dying & edward has his venom in the surgeon and then he plunges it into her heart to safe bella's life to transform her into a vampire :P

I don't have the companion yet either, but read they also used a "dummy" for the scene where the baby snaps her spine. The twisted fall may have also used the rubber stand in.
