I don't think Ian is jealous of Rob, as Ian has a great career himself and a huge amount of fans as well...And I often heard Ian in interviews thanking Rob and the Twilight Saga for tracing the way for shows like Vampire Diaries...so I really don't think he's jealous. He's joking around when he says that VD would kick ass Twilight... The guys from Twilight would says the same from the VD vampires.LOL!

I totally agree w/ @Carolina C above, but however let me reiterate that Edward & The Cullens would SO smoke all the other Vamps Any where, Any place, Any day!! PERIOD.
OH!!...And add new vamp 'BELLA' INTO THAT EQUATION AND NO ONE WOULD STAND A CHANCE, in ya' face!!

Ian/Damon is way far sexy than Edward or any other Twilight man.
Ans I say this ,the girls who's crazy about Edward.
but if you can clear your eyes as I 'm than will you seee the truth.
Ian always say (in every interview) that Twilight is the reason for they having jobs.
and please if you don't know his sence of humor don't run to throw him a stone.
he is one of the most talanted and sexy and beautiful mens we ever see on tv.
