If I were Bella, the scariest Volturi would be Caius. He would be the most strict person in terms of punishment. It would be Jane but Bella has her shield against her powers and Aro's powers

I think Caius because he's most likely to go behind Aro's back and do something and then I think Aro and Demetri are equal because Aro controls them all but Caius could probably also tell Demetri to do something
