Kellan's House...Emmett shall we break it?

Here is a photo of Kellan Lutz's house in Van Nuys, California. Saw this and just thought if any of the Twifans.com girls were skydiving they might need to know where to land!
The film and television actor, who is best known for playing Emmett Cullen in the 2008 film "Twilight", lives here. He purchased the 3-bed, 3-bath, 1,984 sq ft home in December of 2005 for $715K, according to public records.
