The girl in the middle with the revealing and weird dress is Scout Taylor Compton, Kristen's castmate in The Runaways. She's in the movie Love Ranch. And I agree with Kimberley and Ivanna, the dress that Scout is wearing is very weird and doesn't suit her well...
As for Kristen, she's beautiful as usual.
