Hello! Garren, she didn't cut her hair to look like this. It's an outgrown hairstyle from a MULLET while filming The Runaways. NO-ONE would purposely cut their hair like this, unless they got paid to do so.

i had this haircut in 7th grade. everyone loved it. i dont see why its bad.? it looks great. and i would purposely cut my hair to make it look like that. cus its fly as hell.
