Life after twilight

when i saw the Twilight movie for the first time i have to admit i didnt know it had anything to do with books i had no idea who steph was . a friend of mine gave me the the first book right after she smacked me with it. as soon as i opened that book my life changed forever

i mean my age and race and height are the same i still work the same job still wear the same clothes but these books sparked something in me so profound and touched apart of me so deeply i can never (even if i tried) fully recover.

so now the question i have been asking myself since 2007 . what will i do?...not only are there no new books written but the movies are coming to the end.. yeah just like the final page on a manuscript. (come on steph!)

will i go totally insane probably not ...hopefully.

will a part of me be missing . you bet your behind it will

am i obsessed crazy weird? ..perhaps, but i tend to think of myself as passionate loyal and pissed the hell off.

all the true fans out there tell me how YOU feel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comment by Rachel <3 on June 22, 2012 at 4:37am: The saga is coming to an end and it's ok what you feeling , I feel like a part of me will be missing due to the fact that I'm in love with it , but when I saw the new breaking dawn part 2 trailer , I know it's going to sound stupid but I had tears in my eyes because I know it's the last trailer and they won't be anymore , so it's okay what you are feeling just don't think that anyone is taking fun out of you because your a loyal and a passionate fan of the twilight saga :) x

Comment by Dana on June 22, 2012 at 10:27am: thank you for commenting. and no its not stupid. some cried when the Beatles parted ways others cried when Elvis passed others are devastated because they will never here a new symphony by Beethoven. when you are passionate about something (no matter what it is ) your feelings are not wrong. we as fans have been with this saga for so long. its been apart of us for years we hung on every word re-reading and re-watching the books and films a gazillion times (i know we all have lol

maybe we missed something )

we are in mourning. and i know people outside the world of twilight will never understand us.
but i truly feel like someone i love is dying . its nuts how attached we become.

Comment by Stewart Clan on June 22, 2012 at 3:11pm: at the end of each movie i feel a little piece of me break and then i fall into this obbsesion of being pissed it ended. now that its the end i feel a big piece of me is missing, those are the books that get me out of my head and fill my head with someone elses emotions and make my problems vanish. i love twilight, come on SM write another

Comment by Rachel <3 on June 22, 2012 at 4:30pm: I know :) every person who is loyal and passionate about the twilight saga wants their happy ending same as the books that's why we love the saga so much , the more you watch the trailers from the beginning to the end of the saga shows that it will always be apart of your life and you don't wait it to end , we are twihards and were very proud of it and no one will take that away from us :) x

Comment by Dana on June 23, 2012 at 11:34am: stewart clan, yes thats it exactly . the books take me far away no matter the issues and dramas of my life . they fill me with a sense of hope and joy and i never want it to end. dont get me wrong i read other fiction by other authors but the great Stephenie Meyer presents this fantasy world in such a realistic way it leaves the reader feeling a sense of longing . longing for unbreakable love courage and sacrifice. if only society had this much conviction we would all be in a much better place ... speaking of conviction have you guys read the host? AMAZING.

Comment by Rachel <3 on June 23, 2012 at 11:47am: I agree with you :) whenever you read the book it feels like your in the persons mind and you want to continue the story to see what the person does and what the person is like in the story , one you start reading the book you don't want to let the part of it go from ur life , it always stays with you . I have brought the host last week and I haven't had the chance to read it yet but I can't wait to start it :)
